Charterhouse is working with an international law firm with an outstanding reputation in the Middle East who is looking to hire a strong Legal PA to join the Finance team. The role will be demanding, supporting multiple Lawyers and only suitable for those with previous legal experience.
Your main responsibilities will be to support a Partner of the firm who handles general finance work. You will be tasked with organising the diary, travel arrangements, visa acquisition, document production and dealing with clients when required. In addition, you will also be required to support 2 - 3 associates with general secretarial duties.
المهارات
The successful candidate should have a previous law firm experience. You must be an excellent communicator, a natural organiser and someone who can work with minimum supervision. Experience of finance law / corporate would be an advantage. You must be flexible to work longer hours when required, overtime rates will apply.
