Designing & Build implementing creative sourcing and hiring strategies that reach out to talent Conducting market research and mapping to create and manage relevant talent pipelines Collaborating with Managers and HR Business Partners to design and deliver creative, and comprehensive resourcing plans to meet needs and goals of the businesses across geographies and needs and talent in the market. Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective, accurate and timely communication. Design, develop and execute a robust onboarding program for new joiners. Diligently monitoring, tracking and finessing all required key metrics within the full recruitment lifecycle. WorkDays: Sunday to Thursday. However, alternate Saturday is also working. 3+ years of resourcing experience with an automotive/logistics organisation. Knowledge about various resourcing tools and best practices for using them. Highly knowledgeable in market research and talent mapping strategies.
