الوصف الوظيفي Closely monitor and manage all in-bound leads (phone and online). Manage outbound calls to marketing lists leading to uncover qualified leads. Excellent phone-based sales personality and communication skills. Follow up on all leads passed on to sales team and update status. Responsible for prospecting and generating new leads from multiple sources. Develop new leads via telephone and mass communication such as e-mail, social media to introduce the company and identify appropriate clients within the target market. Follow up with marketing team and conduct research for a better marketing strategy. Scheduling appointments, meetings, managing calendars. Other related duties as directed. المهارات Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/ARABIC Language Mandatory). Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field. Expert user of MS Word, Excel, CRM and other software applications. At least 2 years’ experience in same position. Excellent client service skills. Multi-task handling ability and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
