The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for developing targeted campaigns, marketing collateral for the company, and managing the social media channels. Client Details My client is a reputed real estate developer in Dubai Description The Marketing Coordinator - 7 month mat cover will have the following responsibilities: Write and update marketing materials that reflect and promote the company’s brand, ensuring clear, consistent messages (i.e. brochures, website, eblasts, ads, story boards, events and other materials as required). Oversee the creative development of marketing projects; proofread and manage approval process with all departments and executives. Work with vendors to obtain files and manage project deadlines. Securing proper approvals for all press releases, announcements and managing distribution through agencies or in-house channels; Plan and execute regional events, i.e., targeted broker events, ribbon cutting ceremonies, sponsorship and conferences; Oversee upkeep and daily running of project marketing suite; Manage all digital marketing (website, interactive media, etc.) for the company and its projects through the in-house designers, developers or external agencies. Consolidate and manage regional photo gallery for the global company’s image library; Manage social channels for the development and special projects; Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); Implement and track Internet and email marketing strategies to the brokerage community; Manage annual marketing budget with a focus on increasing leasing performance.
