• Assist in the development, creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, promotions and programmes, both short and long term, to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives
• Direct agency partners on implementing all promotional/collateral materials and approved initiatives on the marketing calendar. Includes all steps from writing creative briefs to creative development through production, adhering to budgets and post programme measurement
• Follow up frequently (twice a week on average) on how social media advertising is optimised
• Manage defined marketing budget dedicated to local restaurant support and direct areas of management
• Manage strategy, lead messaging calendar and develop materials for:
o eClub database growth and retention
o Social and online media
o Third party conversion tools: OpenTable, Trip Advisor, Zomato, etc
• Manage cross-departmentally and across levels to drive timely results
• Manage communication with Joint Venture Partner, including telephone calls, written documentation and emails
• Support the field teams with their marketing communication and advertising needs
• Measure and communicate sales and profit results of completed programmes
• Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
• Lead, manage and develop Guest Relations. Serve as a thought leader to improve processes, reporting, communication and steps for resolution

Experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ marketing experience in Food and Beverage sector, preferably multi-unit
• Experienced in marketing promotions, budget management, project management, website and new/social media programmes, and managing outside vendors including, but not limited to, advertising, photography, and public relations
• Demonstrable experience in traditional marketing, “hard sales” and liaising with promoters
• Familiar with the market in Dubai and Gulf countries - well developed relationships
