Our Client:
A reputed business house with regional presence in the GCC. Value driven and employee centric they are transforming with the changing market dynamics and keeping ahead of the curve.
Your Role:
You would the “thought leader” and growth enabler for different businesses under the group umbrella. Carrying the accountability for the Finance, Supply Chain and IT...you would carry the responsibility for developing and executing a centralized approach to manage the capacity of all resources in these functions, creating synergies for seamless process flow and optimisation of available resources, ensure that vendor management is centrally managed to gain leverage, participate in the Groups strategy to achieve goals as a subject matter expert, you would need a strong mix of IQ and EQ to influence and manage “mental” road blocks that occur with any change. Leveraging your experience and expertise you would embed best practices, financial acumen, ROI and an optimized supply chain function. Contract negotiations would lie under your purview.

Must Haves:
CA / CPA with 18+ years of experience …your experience should span finance and supply chain. Prior experience in shared services and change transformation is highly desired.
