الوصف الوظيفي Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support Expand and update existing programmes Work with software developers to help create a product Write and design coding flow charts and models Redesign programs to suit other platforms Online Sales / E-commerce: Build brand integrity through customer engagement and resolution Work with internal teams to facilitate responses to online reviews and questions Work with internal teams to facilitate research and resolution of reported issues Work closely with marketing, brand and communications teams to develop and modify standards and guidelines for content and ensure consistent brand deliveries across all channels and customers Involvement in overall account customer service, order management and processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and operational excellence Participate in content strategies with marketing and eCommerce team for large .com projects and initiatives Help facilitate the on boarding of new accounts by working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Operations and Logistics. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/it-professional-programming-support-online-sales-3839691/ |
