Charterhouse is working with a major developer who is looking to hire a Senior Development Manager to work on major mixed use and residential projects across the UAE. You will be involved in a variety of key projects overseeing the design, construction and planning in line with the company’s ethos.
As the Senior Development Manager, you will manage the development team. You will be responsible for feasibility study, forecast revenues, business outcome and commercial objectives as per budgets and timelines in order to deliver project vision. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure budget control and monitor revenues.
المهارات
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large projects in civil engineering building and infrastructure. It is essential you have UAE experience as well as a Degree in a property related industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a world leading team on some of the region’s most influential projects.
