At least 2 years of experience on in a similar role
Experienced in passing online UAE Customs clearance declaration, Dubai Municipality application filing and shipment coordination
Should have E-Mirsal, Chambers, ZAD system and Dubai Municipality system usage experience
Key role: Air, Land import clearance/ delivery/ exports
Follow up with shipper/airlines/handling agents for the arrival of the air shipments and update the logistics related data on Infor System
Arrange to file the Dubai Municipality FIRS and pass the customs declaration
Coordinate with the drivers at airport and provide an update to the stores/warehouses on arrive time with pre-alert
Coordinate with border agents and support for preparing the Arabic letter (Tahoud) needed for border clearance
Prepare the FIRS for the land freight border clearance and its closure follow up with Dubai Municipality until received in Dubai/ DM inspected
Prepare FDCR for Item destruction as per Dubai Municipality Procedure
Handle Export shipments.
