• Managed the concept and design development of facade systems and formulation design reports
• Involvement in the management and flow of design information, assessment of design information for compliance with client design and buildability practice
• Provide ongoing technical assessment to the on-site team and address any prospective construction issues
• To coordinate with design team in the planning, coordination and development of practical technical details and oversee the timely submission of drawings and materials for approval.
• Checking and commenting on façade contractor full system calculations and system shop drawings and Site inspections of façade installation
المهارات
Qualifications:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Construction Management
• Must have good knowledge of facade engineering related building codes, standards, and good practice.
• Experience in the Middle East Gulf market is highly desirable
• 10+ professional years of experience in facade design and engineering
