We are urgently hiring a ‘HVAC Engineer’ for an Interior Fit-out Company in Dubai, UAE.
Designation: HVAC Engineer

Note:

The candidate must have work experience within UAE.

Must possess strong managerial, communication and team handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Must have experience in preparing HVAC drawings for restaurant/ retail/ residential spaces.

Must have experience in preparing detailed HVAC drawing, including heat load calculation, duct sizing, extraction and fresh air calculation.

In addition to HVAC, it would be a plus if candidate has experience in preparing all MEP drawings for a small space (avg. 400 sqm.) including electrical, fire alarm/ fighting, plumbing, etc.

Previous experience in applying for authority permit, including Dubai Municipality. DCCA, Trakhees and others.

Should be able to handle Dubai Civil Defence approvals and inspection.

Follow up and co-ordination with MEP suppliers for site procurement.
