الوصف الوظيفي Overview: Huxley is currently working with an Investment Management firm that is on the lookout for a Legal and Compliance Officer & MLRO. If you have experience within Legal and Compliance, this could be perfect for you. Title: Legal and Compliance Officer & MLRO Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer, Senior Executive Officer, and Board of Directors Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Responsibilities: The Legal function includes development and documentation of new products and analysis of legal and regulatory issues with a focus on investment funds. Reviewing contracts and creating standard agreements. The Compliance & MLRO function will oversee the risks in the business and ensure compliance, monitor changing regulations, prepare regulatory submissions including DFSA risk assessment. Establishing and updating the AML policies, procedures, systems and controls. Making external reports to the UAE Anti Money Laundering Suspicious Cases unit. Fully understand and implement the regulatory requirements of the local regulator (DFSA). Experience: Graduate of Law Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Legal and Compliance role Familiarity with the DFSA regulations Knowledge and experience with Investment Funds Apply now Are you our new Legal and Compliance Officer & MLRO?
