As a Legal Admin Assistant, you will be part of the Legal & Compliance and the Global Security Group team (4 members) supporting the Middle East markets (15 countries) based in Dubai – UAE.
As a Legal Admin Assistant, you shall be responsible for: -
Provide administrative support.
Maintain corporate records, & contracts management.
Handle all travel arrangements, events supports, and expenses related the team members, external counsels and service providers.
Provide support on basic compliance and legal documents (editing, proofing and basic drafting).
Undertake basic translations (Arabic into English and vice versa).
Support with basic interactions and submissions with Gov. Authorities. (Issuance of Gov. Certificates, license renewals, Certificates of Good Standing etc).
المهارات
Our ideal candidate will possess:
A university graduate with three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a law firm or multinational company’s legal or compliance department.
Arabic and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have good writing skills including accuracy, style, and a basic grasp of legal/compliance concepts and structure.
Basic research ability.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals at all levels and functions of the organization.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi task, organized and personable.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
