Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience 4-5 years in Trading, Service Industry.
2. Good Excel Skills.
3. Handle all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
4. Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
5. Able to Manage Cashflow
6. Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
7. Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
8. Assist Chief Accountant in Intercompany account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
9. Monitor A/R account, reconcile balances with Debtors, Invoice Generation and Credit Chase.
10. Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
11. Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
12. Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
13. Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
14. Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
15. Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
16. Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
17. Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
18. Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations.
19. Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs.
20. Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
21. Evaluate current methods and processes inclusive of up-gradation of process development.
