The Technology Project Manager will oversee and organize the
planning, and day-to-day implementation of multiple, competing
projects/priorities with aggressive deadlines and expectations.
Responsible for owning our loyalty technology projects at GHA
and its brands across the globe to ensure effective delivery of
solutions in alignment with strategies. Perform a combination of
professional and management duties to coordinate internal and
external teams and allocate resources accordingly.
MAIN DUTIES Understand and establish goals to support CRM, ecommerce,
marketing, data and technical aspects of the company and
develop project plans to allocate internal, vendor and brand
resources.
Determine and assign resources to project. Prioritize and
manage expectations across multiple, competing
projects/priorities.
Monitor and track day-to-day progress. Strictly adhere to
project timelines and escalate any schedule or budget
overruns.
Maintain momentum of our projects and organize, facilitate,
plan, lead meetings, and strong follow up to continually meet
objectives
Manage and update tasks an organized and clear manner for
all stakeholders and resource team’s reference to ensure that
project commitments are outlined and met as specified
Work continuously to develop, clarify and strengthen the
DISCOVERY loyalty platform and related systems
Administration and other duties as required

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a technology project
management role, including all aspects of process
development and execution
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
and budget; Excellent organization, multitasking, and
prioritization skills; Ability to lead and manage large-scale
projects
Track record of IT projects - business intelligence, software
development lifecycles, ecommerce, web, loyalty, CRM for
example is essential- knowledge and experience of Agile
methodology will be hugely beneficial
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment and
managing geographically dispersed teams
Understanding of Oracle Hospitality products, including central
modules products (OCIS, ORS, OWS, OBI and related interfaces)
and PMS systems is beneficial
Experience of business change and transformation
Highly competent in Microsoft Office: Project, Visio, PowerPoint,
Excel
Ability to present complex information in easily understandable
format and tailored to audience
Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Ability to travel when required
Language skills - fluency in English, but other relevant language
skills an advantage
