Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
Up-to-date with product features and maintain store’s visual appearance in high standards.
المهارات
Open to EUROPEAN, FILIPINO and SOUTH AFRICAN candidates
Male/Female, 30 years old and below
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years of prior retail experience preferably in Fashion
Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales or monetary transactions and opening or closing procedures
Can maintain positive customer and employee relations
Knowledgeable in inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Great self-management and problem-solving skills
Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 3,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions
