JOB PURPOSE: Directly manages members of restaurant staff, responsible for overall restaurant profitability, revenue targets, Guest Loyalty Index, Team Member Engagement, Mystery Shop targets, Team Member turnover and ultimately overall operations, profitability, business budgeting and planning.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executes initiatives and programs, flawlessly drives new sales development initiatives to strengthen and deliver restaurant profitability
• Provides proactive input on staffing of restaurant management to ensure consistent execution of Guest Services and restaurant operations
• Provides leadership and coaching to HOH Manager, FOH Manager supporting staffing, performance management, development and retention of all hourly positions.
• Overall responsibility for restaurant performance
• Responsible for continuous improvement of Team Member Engagement and Retention

المهارات
Skills and Qualifications :
• Education: High School or higher. Coursework in restaurant management / bachelor degree are preferred
• Four plus years prior professional experience in restaurant management required
• Experience as Assistant General Manager or General Manager position is a must
• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory background check
• Strong people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and a passion for coaching others
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent command of English language (Arabic speaking is a plus)
• Male/Female; age between 32 and 37 years
