Our client is an established Dubai agency with a relaxed t-shirt friendly culture.
They are looking for a Digital Media Planner who takes a led/analytical approach to performance planning, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. This role also requires a candidate who, as the Digital Performance Manager, will adopt a data-driven approach in developing digital performance plans and strategies for a portfolio of accounts across different industries.
Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, with an inquisitive nature and a thirst for evolving the business who will also be responsible for leveraging the media and creative sides of the business, to create data-driven strategies.
This role is also pivotal in being able to liaise with all teams at the agency, from creatives to account management, as well work closely with clients, publishers and 3rd party partners. The successful candidate will also manage a team of performance specialists, who will help drive a data-led approach to performance planning across the agency.
Description:
• Development of performance and data driven strategies for current clients, as well as pitches
• Creating cross channel media plans, covering SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliates
• Developing a robust measurement and analysis approach across the agency, with a focus on ROI, attribution and cross channel conversion analysis
• Adopting a robust test and learn approach to campaign optimization across all accounts
• Liaising with the client and account management team to understand the campaign brief, including audience and performance goals
• Proactively supporting the client, account management and creative teams with the latest technological updates that can be utilized to improve strategy and ROI
• Driving innovation within the team, by proactively recommending improvements in ways of working, as well as tools , new technologies, industry updates and 3rd part partners
• Supervising the implementation of the approved media plans using industry best practice, including ad setup, audience list updates, pixel tracking, site tagging, etc
• Sharing campaign performance insights/discoveries/trends with client and wider agency team
• Working closely with global publishers (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and regional media partners to implement their latest ad products and services for your clients
المهارات
Criteria:
• 4+ years of experience managing high volumes of data led performance campaigns across paid social, SEM, affiliate and display campaigns, with a focus on driving business performance
• Highly analytical with a data led approach and a passion for driving innovation
• Extensive experience with e-commerce and conversion led performance campaigns
• Strong background in managing direct relationships with clients and publishers
• Extensive knowledge of industry tools for optimizations, research, measurement and analysis
• Strong background in creating detailed media plans for high-spend clients that are local and multinational
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data led analysis, with the ability to turn the data into actions
• Experience with industry tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, DFA, DBM, Power Editor, Snapchat’s Advertising Dashboard
• Attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
• Excellent understanding of how the media and creative work together in order to drive business growth for your clients
• Arabic speaker
• All Google certifications
• Must currently reside in the UAE
