• Build and maintain a strong network of clients.
• Assess client’s needs and locate properties for their consideration.
• Research and present every option possible to buyers and tenants for their property search.
• Cross-sale and up-selling all available services, ensuring clients are completely satisfied and have every need covered.
• Take prospective clients to viewings and advise them on the merits of each property.
• Negotiate agreements and terms with clients and property owners.
• Stay in constant communication with Sales Manager to share and update on all ongoing transactions, seeking help when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current market pricing value of properties in your area of specialization.
• Coordinate with other property consultants inside/outside the company.
• Weekly follow up with clients and property owners.
المهارات
Must have worked in similar position for at least two years in Dubai .
Must have passed RERA exam .
