Our client is now recruiting for an Account Manager Liability/BUB. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager.
Organization Unit Purpose
Business banking was set up as a separate vertical to mage all “non individual” relationships under CWM. Business Banking has always ensured that the customers are placed on the right platforms so as to provide them with the best products and services possible. The Unit is accountable for acquiring new to bank entity customers for BUB segments of the bank and growing liability customer’s base for the Retail bank. Based on the customer’s initial interest and profile, the team follows a holistic end to end approach from prospecting of customers, including HNW/Affluent, arranging documentation, conducting enhanced due diligence, obtaining compliance approvals and managing the relationships to initial funding of the account.
Job Purpose
• To develop the market, develop BUB customer base for the bank
• Deliver the annual financial budget in line with the approved business plan
• Develop new segments and source customers to enhance sales and market share for SME customers
• Management of accounts and development of New & existing relationships with business sources to ensure maximum realization of profitable sales potential
• Coordinate with different departments in the bank for effectively functioning as a team and delivering high level of services to the customers.
• Ensure all marketing initiative are effectively followed and monitored
• Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization & customers interest
• Management of accounts and development of New & existing relationships with business sources to ensure maximum realization of profitable sales potential
• Assist the Sales & Business Development Manager to achieve the target of new Tie Ups and agreements
• To be conversant with the Business Banking products and services to be competent in discussing Business banking offering to all clients, including basic banking products and services, lending products and financial advisory.
• To act as an effective “trusted advisor” in the delivery of these services to his/her clients, ensuring the optimum financial solution is delivered to clients at all times.
• Maintain relationship with customers to increase knowledge of customer situation and enhance business opportunities.
• To initiate, develop and retain client relationships, while contributing actively to the business development goals of the team.
• Achieving a monthly individual NTB core and cross sell target, will have 30% higher KPIs goals compare to other Ros

Experiences:
• A seasoned professional with over 6 years of rich & diversified management experience in the area of Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Training, product, Client Relationship Management
• Good experience in business development and sales development
• The jobholder has to have a high level of knowledge of the credit policy, banking operations and product programs in order to ensure that all business development situations are correctly interpreted
• UAE local experience must
• The job holder must be highly achievement oriented and accustomed to work with short time schedules. He/She should have a considerable planning and organizational capabilities
