Our client is now recruiting for an Assistant Manager-LAM & Branch Merchandising. You will be directly reporting to the Manager- LAM & Branch Merchandising.
Organization Unit Purpose
The scope of work for the function includes Retail Banking. Wholesale and Private Banking in addition to Asset Management International Network and all wholly owned group of companies.
The Group Marketing function is a key growth lever for the group, responsible for the evolution of the customer franchise and driving stakeholder perception. The core objective of the function is to deliver market leading customer propositions the elevate the bank’s image and create sustainable value for the organization.
The Local Area Marketing and Merchandising is a critical function of Group Marketing and Branding which involves raising customer awareness of tactical business promotions and campaigns, establishing brand standards, maintaining consistency in merchandising set-ups and delivering uniformity in customer experience across the bank’s retail network
Group Local Area Marketing and Merchandising function also manages delivery of critical projects for the Group’s international network apart from managing innovative changes to the retail space, setting up the new/refurbished branches, implement improvisations within the branch, auditing, quality control and supply chain management with a strong focus on achieving the overall business objectives of the organization
Job Purpose
Branch Merchandising and Branding
• Support merchandising requirements of the bank’s branch network i.e. Over 100 retail branches, 50+ centers of business segments, more than 550 ATM/CDM network and 30+ offices, facilities & departments
• Delivering new/renovated branch branding projects, branch uplift programs, innovative branding solutions; provide Below the Line (BTL) support for product campaigns and promotion
• Assist in delivering critical branch projects for the international network and other representative offices.
• Be responsible for overall group merchandising activities by delivering uniform & consistent in-branch communication
Local Area Marketing (LAM)
• Assist the LAM and Merchandising Manager in developing disruptive LAM programs for various businesses segments and subsidiaries
• Collaborate with Branch Sales Team to increase customer engagement at our branch network through a cluster- wise sales promotions
• LAM is also involved in new and renovated branch projects by providing customized offers across different branches/companies to support branch sales
• Support in managing agencies and production suppliers
• Monthly reporting of activities with ROI framework for all LAM activities
Job Content
Main Task
• Develop and manage LAM activities that linked with various corporates to generate NTB customers
• Develop and manage disruptive LAM activations
• Reach out to communities through community LAM across all emirates
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
• Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases
• Actively seek, explore and working closely with branches to promote and support the existing branches based on their need.
• Explore more visibility based on branch need
• Ensure LAM result in quarterly basis shared with all stakeholders.
• Established LAM news articles
• Managing events/roadshows, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
• Design and execute digital communication for all new and renovated branches for layout stage til implementation by working closely with all stakeholders such as Retail branch, Channels, IT to accomplish the branding
• Introducing new & innovative in-branch communication concepts including digital enhancements
• Monitor branches and ensure the stringent application of and adherence to visual standards and guidelines to maintain a strong brand presence across all consumer touch points.
• Implement new and additional signage/graphic based on branch requirements.
• Conduct branch visits based on pre-determined cycle to ensure in-branch communication and standards across all segments.
• Document and update all branch merchandising and branding assets and messaging to highlight timely replacement
• Continue to build cost effective merchandising solutions that are modern and applicable to a variety of branch layouts.
• Optimization of both floor and wall space
• Implement a robust framework to track adherence and brand standards across all branches and facilities through a monthly monitoring process.
• Evaluate and support additional signage/graphic requirements for existing branches.
• Manage to ensure quality and process is delivered always across the bank and subsidiaries.
• Be responsible for deriving the most cost effective and best quality route for all elements related to group merchandising
• Constantly explore value additions from vendors

Education:
• Bachelor degree in marketing or business
Experiences:
• 3+ years experience in merchandising set-up and retail space management, indoor/outdoor media industry, Below The Line (BTL) activation
• Experience in events & activation agencies
• Supply chain management
• Commercial awareness
