1/ Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets.
2/ Identifying the customer’s need and to deploy customer engagement plan.
3/ Developing commercial relationships with key customers. (B2B and B2C)
4/ Monitoring and managing the performance of the sales departments along with setup sale team in UAE.
5/ Planning and driving B2B and B2C promotion along with marketing team.
6/ Developing marketing campaigns with assigned budgets.
7/ Developing and managing social media advertisement and below the line advertisement with marketing team.
8/ Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data and updated market situation to General Manager
9/ Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, ie. new product, new promotion, margin, so on.
10/ Recruiting and training sale staff base on company’s requirement.
11/ Managing the trade promotion and customer promotion’s budget with marketing team and General Manager
12/ Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers.
13/ Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer’s store.
14/ Managing the cash collection from customers with agreed trade term.
15/ Managing the effective distribution strategy for all UAE market based on company’s requirement.
16/ Other duties as assigned
المهارات
1/Age 30 years old or above, with degree in Business Administration or related fields.
2/ Experienced: at least 10 years in Petfood sale in UAE or related, with strategic thinking and high leadership skill.
3/ Experience to manage sale team is a must
4/ Good command in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
5/ Understanding of marketing tools, sale distribution channel, well knowledge and experience of import and export processes in UAE, techniques at the point of sales
6/ Highly responsible, good interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, result oriented.
7/ Intermediated level in Microsoft Office (words, excel, and powerpoint)
8/ Must have driving license
9/ Able to work under high pressure
