Must have Fitout / Interior Design experience In UAE as Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated commitment towards observing the company’s integrated management system comprising Quality, OH&S;and Environmental including all company policies, client satisfaction, continual improvement, stated objectives and goals, individual job descriptions, company’s procedures and safe work method statements
• Assisting in achieving company sales targets
• Achieving individual targets
• Increase sales by:
generating leads through new & existing contacts
follow up on leads provided through to contract signing
creating new avenues for leads and following them up
using any existing contacts
seeking new business opportunities
• Maintaining contact database
• Working with the design and Project Management team to ensure proposals are presented on time and within budget
• Qualify enquiries before design work is commenced
• Increase CBD Projects profile in the industry
• Effective use of telesales person.
Requirements:
• Minimum requirements of 3 years’ experience in the field of Sales in UAE specially for interior fit out companies
• Age: 25-40 years old
• Male / Female
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales / Master of Business Administration
• Relevant Experience in Interior Fit Out Company
• Driving License is a MUST
• Good spoken and written English
• Presentable appearance
• Good knowledge of all areas of Dubai
• Strong work ethics
• Ambitious and well organised
• Leadership potential
