Urgent requirement for a Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking Male) in Recruitment Industry
The candidate must be in UAE for face to face interview and early joining.
Nationality – Open
Language - Arabic and English (must be well versed in both written and oral)

Salary - upto AED 10000

Business Development / Sales and marketing of recruitment services.
Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing ones.
Follow Up with the entire GCC Region.
Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing reports.
Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns;
Skills
Business Development Manager Job Duties:
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts;
Must have the knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS office.
Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
