Well versed with the electrical authority regulations and standard of all the emirates of UAE, Hands on experience in designing & execution of Electrical and Low Current Systems for commercial projects, preferably Shopping Malls & Hypermarkets, Review of Tender Documents, Design Drawings, Load Schedules, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, BOQ etc, Should be able to coordinate with the drafting team to enable the design drawings, Check and approve shop drawings, evaluation of design specifications and technical supplier’s drawings and specifications, Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs, Evaluation of Payment Certificates, Variations etc, Monitor and quality control over the site installation and attend/approve Factory Inspection, Site Inspection, Testing & Commissioning etc, Conduct field surveys and study drawings and other technical data to identify and correct power system problems, Coordinate with tenant’s requirement of the MEP Provisions.
المهارات
Registered with SEWA/FEWA/DEWA as Engineer is desirable, At least eight (8) years of experience in the MEP Building Services with reputable contractors or consultancy firms with advanced knowledge, obtainable usually through a combination of experience and continuing education, AutoCAD, BIM etc. Additional relevant qualification would be an advantage.
