• Conducts the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost effective manner. • Manages ongoing recruitment to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service within expected time frame and without compromising quality. • Ensures that established recruitment process is followed and updated periodically to instill best recruitment practices within the organization. • Conducts interviews and assessment tests and ensure that all candidates are being assessed and selected as per the standard, guidelines and organizational recruitment strategy. • Designs and conducts assessment tests, negotiate employment offers, perform background verification, attend job fairs, and conduct employee orientation/introductions in a way that new employees are quickly integrated and informed about the organizational structure, culture, standards, policies and procedures. • Supports the Head of HR Department in ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and report. • Evaluates external market conditions and internal staffing trends in order to recommend changes to the human resources staffing requirements in line with best industry practices. • Supports Manager Recruitment and Staffing to project current and future organization-wide staffing requirements as per the organizational structure and goals and maintain staffing benchmarks as per industry standards. • Maintains organization wide job descriptions and Job classification data, and assign/update job codes to each job in consultation with Compensation team to ensure that all positions in the company are benchmarked industrial standards.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science or any relevant field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity. • Preferably with Middle East Experience • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. • Well versed with social media, resume databases and professional job networks. • Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both Arabic and English. • Knowledgeable with the differences between various roles within organizations. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Well versed in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). • Must have good judgment and analytical skills. • Must be open-mind and resourceful. • Must be analytical and problem solver. • Must have good decision making skills. • Must be a people oriented person. • Must be persistence and must be an enthusiast. • Must have positive outlook perspective.
