WNN Limited is looking for a IT Executive & Website Developer to join its dynamic team based in Dubai Media City.
Working with a dedicated team of editors, an art director and commercial team, the Multimedia Executive & Website Developer will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the primary websites of the company and a variety of web development processes, including projects for third party clients. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and self-driven individual seeking a hands-on position with a high level of creativity and opportunities to excel in the company.
The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in a branch of computer science or a related field; should have a strong background with a working understanding of web and technologies, expertise in Search Engine Optimization, web content, usability, architecture, website design and development. The individual should be highly motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be working with a team of editors and designers for content creation. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, graphic design and website development. The responsibilities include maintaining existing websites, monitoring daily updates, managing domain registration central, monitoring server activities; executing digital online campaigns such as web banner ads, online e-zines, email campaigns, building web banner reports; building web analytic reports, implementing web conversions and Search Engine Optimization.
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of open source CMSs, have a strong grasp of web technologies and be able to write, maintain and change codes when required.

Experience/Education:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience of approximately 2+ year in website design & development
• Graphic design skills
• A strong SEO background
• At least 2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization with ability to achieve top search engine rankings
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for organic search engine optimization
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize web site designs based on the briefs, create graphics, animation and functionalities
• Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner
• Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines
• Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies
• Perform content maintenance and updates • Create web banners, implement and manage online advertising campaigns
• Perform quality assurance testing on new websites
• Monitor, review and update website traffic reports and making modifications to website based on analysis of visitor patterns
• Monitoring and reporting on monthly campaigns and statistical analysis
• Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies
• Generate new ideas and design concepts
• Migrate editorial content onto website backend
• Promote social media posts with allocated budget
• Maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders

• Content Management system
• XML, PHP, ASP, SQL server, MySQL, Javascript
• Audio and video production an added benefit
