The Middle East operations of a rapidly growing global environmental consultancy, is looking to appoint a new Asbestos Consultant to join their Dubai-based Middle East team. The company has recently been awarded a large expansion of the scope of work with an existing client and subsequently need to appoint an EHS consultant to working closely with clients, project teams and regulators.
The successful candidate will be involved in undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition Asbestos surveys on a major property portfolio located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role will also include the requirement to manage Asbestos removal projects, audit and supervise Asbestos removal contractors, undertake airborne fibre sampling and analysis and validate Asbestos removal works.
The role will include some travel to other Emirates within the UAE and countries within the Middle East.

Requirements
• Professional required with 1 to 4 years’ experience in Asbestos and other similar EHS/OHS projects
• An environmental science degree or similar
• It is essential that applicants possess British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) P402, 403, 404 certificates
• Proactive personality and a client focussed mentality
