Our client is a regional Production & Manufacturing Company looking to hire an Estimator for it’s branch in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description:
1- Give profit cost analysis on projects on hand and future project.
2- Preparation project contract and limitation of liabilities.
3- Preparation of Bill of Materials for each project using ERP.
4- Preparation of Bill of Quantity for each project.
5- Preparation of Bill of Man-hours for each project.
6- Preparation of Bill of Machine-hours for each project.
7- Preparation of Budget Sheets for all dept. concern carpentry, acrylic, metal, printing for each project.
8- Preparation of cost variation on project progress.
9- Cross check all material requisition with bill of material.
10- Nominate subcontractor.
11- Assist on quantity calculation on final delivery.
12- Assist in expanding the design with new material in market.
13- Meeting with clients when required.
المهارات
- A degree holder in construction engineering or related field of study.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience as Estimator.
- Very proficient in the use of spreadsheets, MS Office applications.
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
- Vast knowledge of materials prices.
