1- Give profit cost analysis on projects on
hand and future project.
2- Preparation project contract and
limitation of liabilities
3- Preparation of Bill of Materials for
each project using ERP
4- Preparation of Bill of Quantity for each
project
5- Preparation of Bill of Man-hours for
each project
6- Preparation of Bill of Machine-hours for
each project
7- Preparation of Budget Sheets for all
dept. concern carpentry, acrylic, metal, printing for each project
8- Preparation of cost variation on project
progress
9- Cross check all material requisition
with bill of material.
10-Nominate subcontractor
11-Assist on quantity calculation on final
delivery
12-Assist in expanding the design with new
material in market.
13-Meeting with clients when required
المهارات
- A degree holder in construction
engineering or related field of study
- 5 – 10 years of work experience as
Estimator
- Very proficient in the use of
spreadsheets, MS Office applications
- Good analytical skills and attention to
details
- Vast knowledge of materials prices
