The Manager – Sales position is responsible for all sales activities relating to development of new business. The goal is to increase company market share, grow client base and revenue, and facilitate client retention opportunities. To identify potential opportunities and develop the tactics and resources needed to bring them to fruition as well as a prolific and facilitate contract negotiations through creating marketing materials and proposals.

• To benefit and protect the Company in all level for future growth, financial status and credibility.
• To enhance the sales volume by active on-filed marketing & promotion of company products, services.
• The sales manager shall be the senior field sales staff that should set an example to the junior level field sales team (sales executives).
• They should set the benchmark to others sales executives with their marketing, sales & collection performance. Motivate & share their market experiences with the sale executives for sales performance improvements.
