الوصف الوظيفي Leading a team in developing schematic design documentation into detailed design / tender documentation. Agree a scope of work and prepare detailed schedule of deliverables required for a project. Provide guidance and technical support to deliver project goals. HNC/D or degree or have sufficient equivalent experience MCIBSE/MIEE or HNC/HND + appropriate experience or International equivalent Significant experience of specification design for several building types Sound knowledge of key health and safety issues and legislation Knowledge of MS Office applications Word, Excel, project, etc Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software (IES, AMTECH, Dialux etc) Thorough understanding of British Standards/UAE Regulations and Codes / ASHRAE / NFPA المهارات BS Certified, Licensed engineer and have sufficient experience with International Consulting Engineering Commercial / business developments /fee bids and technical Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types Sound knowledge of key Health and Safety issues and legislation Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software Ability to concisely delegate appropriate tasks to mechanical, electrical, public health, fire protection engineers تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-mechanical-engineer-3816551/ |
