Project Manager - High end Luxury/Hospitality - 6 month contract

الوصف الوظيفي
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a high end hospitality project in Dubai.
In close collaboration with the Director the Project Manager’s key responsibilities are -

Local operational management of hospitality project in Dubai

Act as the point of contact for any building / construction queries for the project

Support the specifications of the projects exterior / interior and liaise with the local architects/designers

Management of relevant information in relation to required licensing

Assist in procuring High quality product ranges

Provide technical assistance when required

Client side experience delivering High-end, Luxury retail/hospitality projects

Degree in relevant field architecture/ construction management/ project management

A greater understanding of trademark/brand licensing business
