Creating quotations, confirmation orders, tax invoices, stock reports, and monthly administrative and bookkeeping statements. Following up with both suppliers and customers, and completing associated tasks quickly and without any errors. Constantly following up both Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables, and preparing payment and income schedules. Taking care of the office, office supplies, inventory, and general daily tasks requested by management.
