Our client, a reputable company is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for highlighting cross selling business for the Middle East region, supervising virtual teams from different Business Units
• Practice “one face to customer” concept & coordinate regional business units as one hub for all requests from the key accounts
• Generate regular cross selling reports both to central functions and local management, prepare extensive ad hoc market analysis, searching business potentials related to cross selling from various channels
• Identification & tracking of major key accounts & projects opportunities, in coordination with Companies Business Units; acting as “door opener” for the various business solutions, introducing solutions & services to decision makers
• Coordination of targets & activities with Regional Liaison Representatives
• Market entry activities for Bosch business units that have no presence in the Middle East; including business field analysis, structural and strategical market entry recommendations, etc.

Requirements
• Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Management; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English and Arabic
• At least 10-year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably from multinational companies
• Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
• Very good team working and multi-tasking skills
• High degree of self-motivation & accuracy, well performing under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result orientation, self-organization
