Head of IT and Software Development
We are currently seeking a Head of IT to lead our company’s IT and Software Development department. The ideal candidate will need to work within a fast paced, complex enterprise technology landscape to design and develop solutions to expand the growth of our platforms.
We are looking for someone proficiency in programming, cloud management, servers, and project management of IT software solutions with our internal team and consultants.
His/her main responsibilities will be to Lead the strategic and tactical vision of our IT department. Directly reporting to the CEO and playing an integral role in creating competitive advantages for our organization through IT solutions. Take an active role in team performance management and consultant process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback. Lead the team responsible for delivering our IT platforms. Identify track and improve performance metrics. Develop strong relationships across the enterprise with current and potential customers. Build a long term strategy for our platforms. Comply with the company’s IT Security Policy as it pertains to hardware, software, security/data safety. Keeping the IT department current with emerging trends in technology.

Required Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Operations .
6+ years of experience leading high performing teams in a development environment.
6+ years of experience in directing and managing within a dynamic and challenging environment, working inclusively through people to achieve shared objectives.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
