Charterhouse is working with an UAE Business positioned within the conference and exhibition space, who is looking to hire a CRM Manager to be based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business and brand within the UAE, with fantastic options for progression, and exposure across the region.
Your main responsibilities will be configuring, developing and managing the companies CRM platform, ensuring the processes meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and end users. Working closely with the marketing team, you will lead the marketing automation strategy, social media engagement and provide a thorough insight into the marketing campaign pipeline. Ensuring a seamless transition from the legacy system to the new marketing automation platform is a critical part of this role alongside managing social media engagement technologies.
المهارات
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. It is essential you have experience in business use and training of Oracle Eloqua and SRM. Experience in CRM implementation and management is highly preferred as well as demonstrated analytical skills and hands-on experience in configuration of Oracle Eloqua/SRM features including building custom reports.
