Nature and scope of the position:
• Create new flower and arrangement designs using flower size, shape and combinations along with corresponding accessories such as vases, materials and other support decorative product
• Develop procedures and material to allow quality reproduction of successful created products
• Prepare for Training for florist / TL Florist
• Train personnel preparing bouquets and arrangements in reproducing selected models
• Prepare future junior designer(s) & Florist
• Daily follow up in the Hotels the consistency of the quality of arrangements and bouquets produced
• Research the market to find new potential ideas, materials, designs and tendencies that would fit the innovative strategic approach of the company
• The position participates in regular meetings with Hotel Managements
• Preparing presentations for new and exiting hotels, business, Banquet catalogue, concierge Albums, organising Photo shoot.
• Handle emergency requirements in Hotels
• Place and update pictures in designs folder
• Flow of new creative products and estimate cost of created product
• Follow the company procedures with florist in requirement of Hotels.
المهارات
Qualification:
Master florist degree in Design or equivalent in years
Additional certification in Design Program can be essential
Skills:
Proficient with Outlook, Ms Office and excel etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience:
5 – 8 years’ experience in relevant field / Hospitality industry
