Life Pharmacy Group is looking for an accomplished ‘Legal Advisor’ to be responsible for managing all legal affairs of the Group. The individual will be required to provide legal consultation, advice, and support, alongside identifying, containing, and managing legal exposure, liabilities and risk.
Major responsibilities:
• Civil and criminal litigation & arbitration -
• Contracts drafting & review
• Managing external law firms
• Interaction with Govt. Departments
• Policies and procedures and standardized documentation
• Drafting all other legal documents, notices, letters, LOI’s etc.
• Trademark registrations
• Leasing & property acquisitions
