1-Analysis:
• Work closely with the Investment division to build financial models for projections and reporting
• Conduct analysis of assumption inputs and outputs to drive key investment decisions and reassert projections in current projects
• Benchmark results of actual financial information to plan and analyze opportunities and maintain a database with all historical and current transactions in the market
2-Reporting:
• Coordinates collection and compilation of data
• Performs ad-hoc reporting functions with intellectual curiosity, technical prowess and diligence
• Ensures completeness of consolidated information
3-Report Preparation:
• Maintains master reports in order and keeps structure up-to-date
• Prepares standard and custom reports for submission to management and shareholders
• Assists Management in the design, creation and optimization of new financial tools and reports
4-Budget / Quarterly Reviews and Forecast:
• Actively participates in Quarterly Budget Reviews, Budgets and Forecasts
• Compiles the Data and provides assistance to Financial Reporting Manager for finalization
المهارات
• English, Arabic are a must. French is a big plus
• Good analytical skills
• Good grasp on numbers
• Reasoning skills
• Good communication skills
