Urgent Requirement for a Sales Executive in a leading company in hospitality sector.
Location - Dubai
Basic Salary – Aed 5,500
Housing and Transport provided by the company.
Visa, Medical, Air Ticket yearly.
Reporting to the Senior Sales & Sponsorship Manager,as a Sales Executive you are responsible for sales administration duties, supporting sales initiatives by preparing collateral’s and other related sales promotional materials, carrying out competitor research as directed by Sales Managers, attending to guest in house sales related inquiry and any walk-in clients requiring show around. Participating in sales blitz, mail blitz and other mail shots as required.

o To perform general sales administrative functions and secretarial duties.
o Take care of the key Golf accounts
o To compile database and ensure proper filing for the Central Sales & Marketing department.
o To prepare monthly sales report
o To handle walk-ins for site inspections and prepare quotations.
o In charge of mail outs and sales collaterals
o Assisting the Golf Business Manager with background work for golf forecasting
o To work alongside the Golf Business Manager on large group golfing bookings
o To ensure all bookings are taken in line with maximising yield opportunities
o To ensure the client is made fully aware of which golf course will cater for their needs most appropriately
o Assisting in research pertaining to competitors and other relevant matters impacting the sales activities.
o Attending daily sales briefing and minutes of meeting.
o Any other duties that may be delegated from time to time
