Looking for a Country Sales Manager for Pumps department to handle entire KSA operations.
Manage the entire pumps operations in KSA managing a large team
Be responsible for profit and loss of the entire KSA operations.
Manage direct sales team
Excellent relations with local MEP contractors and consultants
Plan and develop sales strategies
Manage and communicate with the principal company to align for sales strategy and growth
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HVAC or plumbing product sales within KSA - preferably in Pumps.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing skills.
Excellent track record of achieving sales targets.
Works well with others.
Should have handled a sales team effectively.
Background skills to manage workshop and order execution operations.
Should be presently a sales manager or general branch manager in KSA
