Telecom company based in Dubai Academic City requires :
1. Senior Telecom FLM EM technician (DXB & NE )
a. 5 years’ experience in performing electromechanical installation and maintenance projects
b. minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance projects in a telecom industry
c. Deep knowledge in Air Conditioning units ( split and packaged ) installation and maintenance
Capable of performing systematic troubleshooting for HVAC system
d. Deep knowledge in DC systems and Electrical components of a telecom site
e. Good knowledge of telecom equipment and related software ( Huawei & Nokia ) – able to log into the telecom equipment, verify and trace all alarms.
f. Knowledge in Generators’ maintenance (2 – 50 KVA ) is a plus
g. Having a valid driving license.
h. Excellent reporting skills.
i. Able to lead a team and lead all activities.
2. Telecom FLM Electrician
a. 3 years’ experience in a telecom industry.
b. Deep knowledge in DC systems battery installation
c. Physically Able to carry / install lead batteries .
d. Excellent reporting skills using MS office.
e. Valid driving license.
3. FLM Maintenance Civil work Engineer
a. Reviews Client’s technical documentation and requirements.
b. Maintains project technical files
c. Controls of subcontracted civil engineering documents.
d. Sets up and executes assigned engineering
e. Perform daily inspections for Telecom sites’ Civil structures .
f. Develops functional layout of buildings if needed
g. Verifies structural integrity of sites and verticality.
h. Develops studies for foundations and concrete structures.
i. Prepares MTOs and BOQs .
j. Prepares S.O.W. and technical specification for civil construction subcontracts.
k. Prepares technical documentation for civil material requisition and assists the procurement dept. in the technical evaluations.
l. Supervises/Approves civil structure design, constructive drawings of buildings, plot plans and foundation drawings.
m. Implements discipline follow-up activities.
n. Implements field engineering activities.
REQUIREMENTS
o. Degree in Civil Engineering
p. At least 5 years of experience in Telecom business
q. Front End Engineering Design
r. Analysis of all types of telecom steel structures
s. Knowledge in all type of equipment foundations
t. Review and prepare civil method statements
4. Generator Technician with Telecom network background .
• Perform repairs and services on all makes and models of generator sets.
• Inspections, repairs, services and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment and servicing generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems.
• Apply proper engine technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis, and engine operating performance tests.
• Identify the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting steps, determine corrective action through inspection of failed parts.
• Repair and troubleshooting engines such as Cummins, Perkins, John Deere, SDMO.
• Must have the ability to operate in a constant state of alertness, and safe manner.
• Must be able to travel, in company service vehicle, throughout the country
• Must be able to be on-call for emergency services
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of generator systems; from 3kW to 100 kW preferred.
• Graduation from a Technical school is desired to include generators, diesel, power gen, electric power, relay or substation technology, etc.
• Must have the ability to perform high quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic attitude, and great customer service skills are a must.
• Must have satisfactory driving license.
• Must be able to respond to emergency service calls as needed.
