Our client is a leading consultancy; they have an urgent requirement for an RTA approved Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on large infrastructure projects across Dubai. Candidates applying for this role will be RTA approved and will have at least 10 years industry experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Quantity Surveying team
• Manage the monthly internal reporting
• Conduct cost and value forecasting
• Maintain good relationship with Clients and representatives
• Resolve any commercial issues with the Client
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university
المهارات
• Must be RTA approved
• Experience of working on large prestigious hospitality projects
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• 5 years’ experience on large infrastructure projects
• Experience working for a consultancy
