The Company:
Is a newly branded real estate operation of an investment group who have been providing quality property services in the middle east.
The Role:
Provide Financial and Accounting services to Group companies to facilitate effective business planning and to accurately reflect the financial position of the company. To implement finance and accounting policies, procedures and systems effectively. To analyse the group’s financial data, and finalize critical reports To deputise for the Finance Controller/Director of Finance in his absence.
Major Responsibilities:
• Analyze the budgets against actuals and report variances.
• Compilation, editing, verification and reviewing of the Financial Statements on Monthly basis.
• Enhance available financial model to produce systematic reports.
• Prepare financial analysis report on group companies on monthly basis with KPIs.
• Responsible on data backup, organizing and archiving.
• Finalize the financial statements of the group of companies, using electronic accounting system.
• Issue monthly reports on the group accounts.
• Implement and manage the accounting policies and procedures and rules as directed by the Financial Controller.
• Reconcile shares with monthly account statements, producing various share reports for the Group Finance Manager.
• Review payments after ensuring the validity, and availability of the necessary funds.
• Forecast payment schedules for wholly-owned companies to ensure that the required funds are available, managing cash on deposit to ensure their most effective use without losing interest.
• Review the monthly salaries for the Group of companies, ensuring that all changes and deductions are verified in liaise with the HRD.
• Review reconciliations of banks, of all bank accounts on monthly basis, and ensure that any discrepancies are resolved.
• Review and authorize all accountants’ works.
• Review Staff leave, EOS, Salaries Etc.
• Other ADHOC functions as assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
المهارات
• Chartered Management Accountant / or similar Accountancy qualification
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Finance Management role with Property Management Company.
• Merging/consolidation of accounts
