What you’ll do

Develop high quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions

Lead several unique Blockchain initiatives
Research and investigate new tools, technologies, and ideas relating to Hyperledger, Ethereum, and R3

Own delivery of features end-to-end, from design and implementation, to service and support

Work on blockchain Proof of Concepts
Develop course outline alongside lead developer for ongoing workshops

Promote and enforce best practices, existing development guidelines and continuous code improvement

What you’ll bring
A passion for writing maintainable, clean, and high quality code

Ability to learn and adapt quickly, creative thinking, and research-driven decision making

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

المهارات
Required Skills:

Full-stack development experience

At least 2 years professional experience as a software engineer

A deep understanding of ledgers, consensus methods, blockchains, and dApps.

Demonstrated passion for Fintech innovation, open source (OSS) software contributions, blockchain, cryptography, and data-science

Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, cryptography and data security, and decentralized technologies.

Strong coding skills with at least one of the following languages: Go, C, C++, JAVA, Python, Solidity (for smart contracts), JavaScript + bigchainDB + web3js

A good understanding of distributed storage, like RDBMS or NoSQL, for instance.

Passion for Test driven development and continuous learning

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and be guided by a team

No Fear of the edge of startup engineering and enjoyment of the wild startup culture

Desirable:
Development experience in FinTech and Blockchain initiatives

Practice in testing and deploying a Blockchain solution through all phases of a development life cycle and ensuring Blockchain solutions adhere to accepted customer design

BlockChain technical expertise that is hands-on, platforms like Hyperledger, Ethereum, R3

Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into implementable roadmaps and designs.
