This is a great opportunity to work with a well-reputed company as a Graphic Designer.
Basic outline of the role responsibilities and deliverables:
• Facilitate development of functional and appealing Web- and mobile-based applications based on usability
• Provide Website maintenance and enhancements for internal and external Websites
• Use a combination of markup languages to write Website pages
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications
• Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines
• Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Design in both digital (Web, eBooks, and multimedia apps) and print. The majority of work will be digital—80% digital and 20% print
• Learn and provide support on the database software (JobTraq)
المهارات
The ideal candidate will have to possess the following qualities
• Must have 5 years’ experience in Web design or related area.
• BA or BS in Design or related field. Equivalent work experience plus 5 years of experience in web design may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Must be proficient with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Drupal to perform duties of managing internal and external Web sites.
• Software experience required is inclusive of the following: Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
• Working knowledge of 508 Standards is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Mobile (AEM Mobile or Sitecore), and Calibre is a plus
