The Opportunity
As a MDM Hub Specialist at Emaar, you will partner with the technology leads, solution integration specialist, solution delivery manager and solution architects to deliver overall MDM solution. As an embedded member of the data stream team, you will be the subject matter expert on how and when to utilize the informatica tools in defining MDM solutions as per different industry patterns like consolidated, registry, analytical and transaction hub.
Emaar is a leader in the property space and its presence in other sectors like entertainment, malls, hospitality etc. is phenomenal too. As such, customer 360 view becomes important for Emaar to establish itself as data enabler by analyzing the correct data to predict customer behavior and draw insights. You will help set the integrated MDM environment to server initially system of reference and system of records eventually, that downstream applications can utilize to enable predictive and analytical insights.
Who You Are
• You are an experienced MDM Hub professional that enjoys being in the middle of the data integration needs and can set up MDM overall solution
• You have grown as a hands on Java or .Net coder initially with web frameworks, ORM layers, databases, business intelligence, middleware, web services, SOA, test driven development, performance tuning etc.
• You have ability to multi-task under demanding conditions and work under pressure
• You are an amazing communicator and effective influencer within the teams you are on
• You have a track record of being analytical, methodical, and quality driven
• You are an expert in designing and executing data fixes in MDM; experience with MDM Customer Domain is preferred
• You have an experience in practicing agile project methodologies and processes, specifically utilizing the Atlassian product suite (Confluence Wiki, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo etc) is a plus
• You carry 3-5 years of SQL programming experience
• You have strong understanding of data structures, data flow, data patterns, and data governance
• You have Strong understanding of relational database management objects (tables, schemas, indexes, stored procedures, macros)
• You have strong analytical, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills
• You have strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated collaborative skills
• You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently with critical attention to detail

Your KRAs and Qualifications
• Soliciting & capturing requirements and transforming them to design for Informatica MDM
• Architecting real time MDM solutions where MDM is accessed and leveraged for operational use cases
• Architecting solutions that feed MDM data downstream for analytics and other related functionality
• Hands-on development of Informatica MDM Hub Console; ability to define match and merge criteria and trust rules to achieve desired objectives
• Define, architect, develop, or support solutions using Informatica MDM to achieve a defined business outcome
• Strong understanding or experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management
• Implement MDM Data Model, modifications and efficient data migration techniques to support changes
• Work closely with internal business partners, vendors, and consultants to coordinate plans and activities including development projects for data/database products
• Deliver production support, documentation of best practices, provide input to the technical solution to build re-usable and scalable MDM solutions
• Analyze components or modules of large or complex systems for significant phases of larger assignments
• Ability to model data domains such as Party, Account, Contract, Product etc
• Design and implement end-to-end Informatica MDM solutions using the following development tools: Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director (IDD), Informatica Data quality (IDQ), Informatica Cloud, Informatica Power center, Messaging triggers and queues
• Need to develop custom Java Program using Web Service
• Build Customer hierarchy using in-house /third party Customer data
• Involve in Unit and Integration testing, validating test cases, Performance tuning techniques.
• Perform match/merge and run match rules to check the effectiveness of MDM process on data.
• Provide technical oversight to ETL and Data Quality tools needed for MDM implementation.
• Responsible for overall MDM delivery
• 7+ Years of proven system development experience.
• 3+ years of hands on experience in Informatica MDM/IDD/IDQ.
• Understanding of Oracle, DB2 database, Sql Server technologies and hands on knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Proven experience working with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA / EDA), JMS messaging, SOAP and RESTful services.
• Experience in Informatica MDM installation.
• Nice to have experience in CRM domain
