الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for logistical arrangements of all training sessions in the Middle East region, including material production, shipping, classroom layout, venue, certificate preparation and trainers travel booking. Close out training package and post training evaluation feedback reports. Assist Sales Manager in executing the training projects Responds and follow up any sales enquiries in order to achieve sales Provide product options to customers and prepare a pre filled enrolment Support daily Accounts Receivables/Payables transaction including clients invoice upon delivery, collecting payments from the clients, organizations of vendor relation and invoices as directed by the in-charge Manager Other administration tasks as they required, such as marketing promotion of IIL courses, flyer printing, general customer service. Provide support to the IIL Middle East office as required by the management. المهارات Good Knowledge of CRM or ERP, and MS Office Proactive, self-starter, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks. Helpful, happy, keen, friendly, skillful, punctual, and quick.
