الوصف الوظيفي Extract, validate, analyze, and present data in effective graphical and written format as needed for studies of enrollment trends, student retention, student learning outcomes, department and program evaluation, and institutional effectiveness assessment. Work across disciplines and across functional and operational areas at the university, identifying, creating, unifying, designing and undertaking KPI’s related data. Collect and analyze the KPIs- related data across the university to support the information needs of the university’s internal and external stakeholders. Support in providing the university management with data and information that support institutional strategic and action planning, policy design and decision-making. Collect and analyze the required data and information related to the university ranking. Support the accreditation and licensing processes in coordination with other divisions in the university. Assist in the implementation and dissemination of the surveys to measure the satisfaction levels of key stakeholders in the university services and programs. Create and maintain an institutional intelligence data repository. Develop and present reports and data sets as per the request of internal and external stakeholders. Provide support to the business users for cross-business definition of data standards, rules, and hierarchy. Ensures the alignment of the Business Data requirements with the IS systems and provide support to projects and initiatives in development and refinement of data processes in accordance with regulations, standards, and policies. المهارات 3 years of relevant experience in applying advanced analytics to complex data sets and problems. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related technical field from an accredited University. Proficiency in Data Analytics software packages. Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills and familiarity with qualitative research methodology. Excellent communication and writing skills (preferably in Arabic and English). Good organizational skills as well as the ability to work well independently and collaboratively. Experience with text analysis and discourse analysis and/or analytics. Familiarity with measurement and use of non-cognitive factors in analytics and modeling. Experience in Database and Data Warehousing: Development, Extraction, Translation and Load, building structured and unstructured datasets, data mining, training set construction.
